7.2 5 miles on treadmill at 2% incline. First run in 2 weeks.
7.3 11.4 miles in 80 minutes.
7.4 8.1 in 60 minutes AM. 8.2 miles in 60 minutes PM. 16.3 miles total. My knees feel okay, but tender.
7.5 5.5 AM easy in 40 minutes. 4.8 miles pm easy. 9.3 total for the day
7.6 6.1 miles easy AM. 5 miles PM easy. 11.1 total.
7.7 5.6 miles easy AM. 5.5 miles PM with some hill work (not too fast, but tested my knees out). 11.1 miles total.
7.8 5.5 miles easy AM. 6.3 miles easy. 11.8 miles easy
77 miles total for the week along with 2.5 hours of cross training.
