6.12 11 miles on treadmill (2% incline) in 75 minutes.
6.13 7 miles easy.
6.14 8 miles easy.
6.15 8 miles easy.
6.16 6 miles easy am. 6.2 miles easy pm. 12.2 miles total.
72 miles for the week and I can barely move. It is clear I am totally injured. I am shutting it down for two weeks.
