8.16 2 miles easy. I feel pretty beat from Saturday still.
8.17 3 miles easy
8.18 1.5 miles warm up. 10 k in 33:22 (3rd place). 1 mile cool down. My legs felt like total junk--Im pleased with the result based on how I felt. I need to use this week as a recovery. Im a little burnt out and in a rut.

8.19 4.15 miles easy.
8.20 7.15 miles easy.
8.21 3.25 miles AM easy. 2.75 miles PM easy. 6 miles total.
31 miles total for the week. I feel a little rejuvenated after decreasing my miles. I feel prepared to get back ot better training. I have had a lot going on personally and feel ready to get plugged back in.
